Yeah but look, if he was gonna R/S us out, why not just do the freakin' R/S and forget about the share reduction, like every other pink does?

Plus, he never P&D'd this, it wouldn't make sense to screw us, for what purpose????

The share reduction is why I think this is NOT a screw job. If we were being screwed, we'd know it by now IMO.
