"...money actually changes hands..." If you call Linden money,...then maybe you can go to Second Life prison, but it's not "actually" changing hands.
It's at the point conversion of the Dollars to Linden and then the Linden to Dollars where you should look, but I doubt you will find what you are lookin for there Major.
