Yes shares are being used..esp if requested..but the shares are Not used for the pps!
some just can Not Understand that the pps does NOT matter....the ONLT reasons for the pps to go Up is for those holding averaged in higher ...FEEL better..while they wait for the Sale of the Company @ FMV based On Industry Standards ( which I think will be way over $1 ) or those that want short term profits!
The pps Does Not Affect the Comapny or its ability to Grow!..
Yes the Pie will get divided Up more ways as shares are issued, but many of those shares are accretive!..which will compensate for their issuing in the end...

Does not matter ..imo..if HMGP never traded another share!
Those that are issued shares..if they wish to sell for penny on the dollar ..so be it..but I believe most are waiting and Holding for the end game pay Out....Just Like a Private company!
That is why the MM's are Naked shorting this!...Not enough tradable shares....so they create them..to create the Action...but they are not doing well with their game!
