Much of the decline -

Is assuredly the downward pressure in the sector at large and general sentiment are in play here. The news of LEH certainly carried considerable weight, as it directly relates to the health and financial viability of MBIA and ABK.

This will require some time, however the institutional holders have remained steadfast thus far although they have hardly jumped in as well. The increased authorised shares certainly do not help matters. We may have to be patient for the next 3 to 6 months for this to double.
