so if the 200 million shares added before duane supposedly took over were given to, or bought by duane, he technically could have said he was the majority owner while the preferred shares stayed in control of paul taylor.
would nv sos site have any of that info on the documents you pay for?
i think they will reveal the conversion ratio but not sure abt ownership...
