I asked the question. No clear answer, unfortunately, other than "close to completion". I suggested to double the workers on the ship given the massive opportunity losses but Addax cannot give orders to the Singapore shipbuilders. The Aban Abrahan is rented from Indian owners who pay for and control the refurbishment process.
