Perihelion Global Promotes William Roncali to Head of Biofuels Division; in Negotiations With Ownership of Additional Biofuels Facilities
Tuesday March 18, 12:16 pm ET

WILMINGTON, DE and SANTA ROSA BEACH, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 18, 2008 -- Perihelion Global (Other OTC:PHGI.PK - News), a development company with interests in natural resources, alternative energies, and advanced communications, today announced that the Company has promoted William "Bill" Roncali to head of its Biofuels Division.

http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/080318/0376563.html

Mr. Roncali originally joined Perihelion in January of 2008 and has demonstrated expertise in handling matters pertaining to the Company's current and proposed BioFuels projects. Perihelion management has found Mr. Roncali to be a professional, reliable, and experienced addition to the Company and expects him to excel with his additional responsibilities. Mr. Roncali's management skills were paramount to his former employer winning exclusive research rights with the US Department of Defense, and the Company believes his history of performance and integrity will enhance the existing strength of Perihelion leadership. Mr. Roncali will report directly to CEO John H. Beebe to implement the Company's overall Biofuels strategy.
The Company also announced that its Biofuels Division is currently in negotiations with ownership of two existing Biofuels facilities to forge tolling agreements. The proposed agreements, if reached successfully, would add direct production capability to Perihelion Biofuels' offerings by allowing the Company to use these existing facilities to produce BioDiesel with Company-provided feedstock. With oil prices continuing to maintain near record high levels, the Company believes it is prudent to negotiate additional production capacity to meet the anticipated demand for lower-cost, high-quality fuels.

According to the March 11, 2008 'Short-Term Energy Outlook' released by the US Energy Information Administration, Diesel fuel prices are projected to average $3.45 throughout the rest of 2008, an increase of 19% over the 2007 yearly average. Phase One of Perihelion's BioFuel refinery in Opp, Alabama is expected to be online by the end of the current calendar month and subsequently add to the North American energy supply.
