Did you know the speaker of the House "Nancy"
has a lower rating then Bush.

What's interesting is up until last fall, anytime the monthly NDX had 3-positive months in a row, there was another high in the NDX the next month. That's been true going back to the inception of the NDX in 1992, or 15-years.

We saw it work again this month.....barely by 5-points.
