I don't know thw post number but search mine back a few months and I posted a lengthy summation of a conversation I had with Raj a few days after trading was stopped. Short story, they did purchase the rigs, SEC was provided proof and dumb as it seems they were (are) sitting in Texas. Said they had no money to hire a crew to run them so no need to spend the money to move them. PS I'm just telling you what he said so don't kill the messenger LOL
