How about if they just stopped adding to the reserve. There are lots of ways to keep us from tanking but this administration is not bothered by oil being up in price.

Here is the spx daily for June through Dec 2000 and we did drop 200 points from late Aug through early Oct. but we bounced pretty well in late Oct.
I will also post the monthly. 2001 wasn't much fun for the Bulls?
