Rasica, I recall Strong talking about the true dollar or petrol dollar or both. As I recall I believe it was possible to obtain a basic $10 USD per 1 dinar. I don't recall if you remember that or if Strong is viewing this thread tonight. I know if indeed Iraq could betain that tru dollar status now that would be some thing. Iraq will need so much more but the massive ability to export all these dollars in oil alone will send their currency upwards.
