Hey there Rxgator......RIGS???? Who knows but if SEC did all the checking they were to do it would be a big thing if they over looked the rig situation. If I recall correctly there were a number of people who claimed to have complained to the SEC on this very subject. There are 2 things to discredit my above opinion....

1. IDUNNO much

2. SEC is a gov't agencey and that should speak loads without saying a word. lol
