I'm guessing you are saying this because it would translate into Megas making lots of money off this shell which would then futher translate into shareholders making lots of money, which would make sense.
You do realize of course, that a penny stock CEO making money off a shell and shareholders making money are not synonymous, in fact, may be and often are totally opposite.
