Yep inclined to agree with you but have not heard the conference call yet was out of town. My question is WHO was responsible for misleading investors PUBLICLY that NUBV had retained patent rights? Further who is saying now they don't?

To me that is culpable and investors have been conned into thinking they bought something (patent rights) that now clearly isn't. A possible motive for that blunt indiscretion is fraud. That could only be answered through legal advisory and/or litigation IMO.

If steve is out this will flop, I've said this before and i'll say it again the piece of @#it ron and his acomplice brown are con artists, they have been ever since they started in the penny markets. They will drain all investors of their portfolios and run to the next one like they've done time and time again. This is my kiss good bye to all, NUBV will be history very soon, sad to say.
