As to the private funding or funding, Steve first mentioned this in the conference call. This stood out to me as I know you had mentioned a few times that this is what you thought before we even had the call.
Then during my conversation with Luke this is when I heard it again when he told me that the "talks" of merger with this larger company was a good thing because they had the capital, the investor and the contacts (GNC) as well to get this product to market quickly.
The new CEO is in the liquid pharmacutical industry and has years experience with this type of thing. They need Steve, they know this and can't do it without him and Steve will be the new COO of the company. A Merger with a share swap as this company is public as well. Without Steve, we are all screwed including Luke, Ron, Etc. Does anyone think Ron would really want to mess up an opportunity like this? This is big money to him. And he doesn't have to do anything. I really get the impression they all realize this. Steve is going to get this product out and I can tell that Luke is very positive about the future of it as well.
Aquisitions and Merger's are Luke' speciality along with being an SEC lawyer. He was originally NUBV's Securties and Coprorate lawyer.
I feel that positive things are going to come out of this, IMO. And I appreciate everyone telling me to be cautious but I am pretty good at filtering out the bullsh&* and lies. I used to be a Drug and Alcohol counselor. Believe me, I have heard and seen it all. I was trained to read behavior. Both verbally and by body language.
