I was told that no new shares have been issued and that, as a fully reporting company, they would need to issue a Form 4 or form 5 maybe even an 8K. So if it is not an insiders, it must be someone with plenty of shares to dump. By my count at least 6MM shares have been dumped in the last few days. ON Friday there was some heavy volume in after hours trading that may have cleared things up.

At this point a statement from the company would be very useful.
