#37789 RE: Zardiw #37755

zardiw, I agree that in the long-term this heads down, then RS takes place. Why I do not agree that we are only headed down near term with NO reversal is what is important to those who have already bought higher.

Here is my reasoning: No one in their right mind would be buying up the type of volume of shares we have all seen hit the market recently without some private "assurances". I mean, there are a few believers out here still and I do not wish to disrespect their faith in EESO, but in my view the vast majority of investors do not wish to touch this for all the reasons we already know--continual reckless dilution with little regard for shareholders, etc. etc. etc. I don't think I need to repeat all the reasons, right? Anyway, so this begs the question: WHO the heck is continually buying this stock, literally hundreds of millions of shares??? The only reasonable conclusion that I and others have come to is that these people must be those close to ownership and/or the IR guy.

But even still, you might ask, why would THEY buy it? And THAT sir, is the RIGHT question! The only reasonable conclusion in my view is that they have been given assurances they will be able to exit with a handsome profit. How that will take place is through the held back PR's, and maybe some new ones, that "show" great progress, that all is well, that they will own the world and be the Microsoft of Enzymes...etc. etc. etc...blah, blah, blah. Hey, who knows, maybe the company will actually make it?! I am not saying for sure one way or another if they will. But that honestly is virtually irrelevant to what is taking place now. What I am saying is that the shares structure and THE WAY they have diluted is so irresponsible it simply cannot be accidental. So if one is to believe the scenerio just outlined, then there is NO WAY they are not going to take care of their friends. You see what I mean? In my view, it is fairly obvious that the shareholders out here do not really matter, BUT they will not leave their friends hanging, ya know? You ask for a favor, you pay back that favor. Their friends get taken care of, they are there the next time you need them. So for THEM, not the people out here, in my opinion, they will take this back up to xyz level, while trying to PR real, real hard to get as many as possible of the average shareholders to hold or even buy while their friends make their exit and take their profits. I am so convinced that I am going to jump on the bandwagon for a short trip, I just do not know if I should wait a tad longer for trip zeroes or if there is to be an open house next Friday, maybe I need to jump onboard Monday in the .001's.
