This from dark lady:

Through growth, acquisition and spin offs they were left with entities that had considerable stock. Much of it was restricted. Those restrictions will be lifted at time passes. Everyone must deal with that fact. Everyone knows that restricted stock is often sold before the legal sell date. This happens all the time. When this restricted stock goes into "free play", that is can be traded at will several things may happen, two of which are the most probable and logical. The ones with the restricted stock may decide to hold until capital gains kick in if American owned. They may decided to sell at any price to gain the funds. For example, if you owned 2M of GlCC and it went into free play and the price is .03, you still receive $60000 American. This would be enough for many players.

So let's not sit back and hash this over and over, it seems clear to me. If there is 80M shares that are going to go into free play, we need to wait until they are absorbed. If they are so desperate to drive the price down to .02, let's be waiting there to purchase them! ..............................................

If the share float starts to enlarge too much, the management will, I am sure take a careful look and make a management decision as to whether a buy back program should be initiated. .............................................................
OK. so at some point? 80 million shares will join the float and for whatever reason she thinks those with restricted shares want to drive the price down to 2 cents.
why then, according to Dl, are we waiting around for the pps to go even lower and how would anyone know 2 cents is the bottom? we're almost there now anyway. why not sell monday and wait for the stock to crash down to wherever it goes.
i don't know when the restriction on the 80 million shares is lifted. so, i am lost in several ways and i don't think the LADY's point of view is crystal clear either.
we get a lot of information from the co. basically on its growth and potential but without knowing who's dumping and when, none of that matters much to me.
with so many questions, it is impossible for the stock to trade at it's intrinsic value.
