Army and the FTV were first mentioned in 2000. Nissan was 2004. If you read the state of affairs in 1999 it doesn't sound much different than today.

Keith should be the only one speaking for Torvec. He is smart, articulate, and knows the technology inside and out. He is why I still own this stock. He is the one that some day hopefully sooner rather than later will strike a deal. With oil at $137 a barrel it's ripe for the picking.

Otto's shareholder meeting $5.60. Today $2.30

Who was running the company when it hit $9.98?

Thanks for that info. A nice, clear, list of what happened and what is happening. With current developments, most stockholders should be optimistic. IMO

Thanks for the fact finding on those items...

When you said "Maybe it's Nissan buying a couple thousand differentials"; Are you attempting to say that Nissan never received the Iso-torques differentials that they requested a pricing check on? Did they ever receive the pricing? What are the facts about that Highlight of the Annual Meeting?

I see in your Facts that that you discovered that the contract was not deemed to be invalid; It is/was simply terminated on June 30, 2006. That being the case, (which was the case that I also thought was correct) then all of the provisions of that contract still are in effect. I was only pointing out that there is still one lingering provision in that contract (a termination provision).

Of course, when you say "I am absolutly certain that they have not been waiting to announce a deal" I agree. If there was a deal, it would have to be announced; so, because it has not been announced, there isn't one.

Another question that you might know the answer to; Did the Ford FTV really not include any of the Torvec patented Hydraulic Hybrid inventions? If so, that must have been fairly amazing to have the engineering accomplished in order to have the steer drive, suspension system and high speed tracks into a vehicle with a traditional power train.

Again, thanks for the fact finding; it really added clarity to the confusion over the stock price question, dates of events, and what the events really were.

Thanks tovc4me.

The Air Force has ordered an FTV, and they are traveling around the country showing others a video of our FTV while telling them how advanced the FTV is compared to our competition.

Could you please shed some light whether it is still the "Fast"TV or "Ford"TV. If in fact it is still the original name, maybe you could answer why the company has continually referred to it as being a Ford product.
