Thanks for the fact finding on those items...
When you said "Maybe it's Nissan buying a couple thousand differentials"; Are you attempting to say that Nissan never received the Iso-torques differentials that they requested a pricing check on? Did they ever receive the pricing? What are the facts about that Highlight of the Annual Meeting?
I see in your Facts that that you discovered that the contract was not deemed to be invalid; It is/was simply terminated on June 30, 2006. That being the case, (which was the case that I also thought was correct) then all of the provisions of that contract still are in effect. I was only pointing out that there is still one lingering provision in that contract (a termination provision).
Of course, when you say "I am absolutly certain that they have not been waiting to announce a deal" I agree. If there was a deal, it would have to be announced; so, because it has not been announced, there isn't one.
Another question that you might know the answer to; Did the Ford FTV really not include any of the Torvec patented Hydraulic Hybrid inventions? If so, that must have been fairly amazing to have the engineering accomplished in order to have the steer drive, suspension system and high speed tracks into a vehicle with a traditional power train.
Again, thanks for the fact finding; it really added clarity to the confusion over the stock price question, dates of events, and what the events really were.
