You are absolutely on target imants. To be fair, everything might be just fine, but I too want this tangle of various versions of how many shares are outstanding resolved.
And as you wrote, I also want to know HOW MANY are Restricted, besides the insiders who hold 80 million Restricted, and how many are NOT restricted, and how many may have just come off of Restriction??
Also, relating to these important questions, I wish a clear and concise explanation from the company regarding their recent statement that they believe Restricted shares were sold into the Float recently, in violation of the Rules, VERSUS the recent statement from their IR firm (as related in a Posted email by a Poster here on iHub) that there are FORMERLY Restricted shares that are now hitting the Float....and they of course went on to say somethig like--gee, we are disappointed these folks are selling, but we cannot do anything about that...Ok, fine, but HOW MANY just became UNrestricted vs. HOW MANY should still be on Restriction? My goal, of course, is to understand where this volume to the downside is coming from first, then also whether it is legal selling or to what extent it is legal selling vs ILLegal selling....??
