You have stated before that the shorts were smart money. That they tend to know more than the retail stockholders.
If this is true, then what does it say about the nearly completely vacated short position?
What does is say in regards to financing through stock selling? Seeing as how the short interest always spiked well before these types of deals in the past, does this indicate that the street doesn't see another financing on the horizon?
Would this be indicative of some change occuring in the way PPHM is going about their business?
