Does Duane Kistler really own the shell or does it just own a piece of paper saying he does, what kind of lawyer does he have not to do a title check on the comapny before you buy it. 1. It would show the law suit's 2. it will show any dedit the company has 3.it will show all leins and etc. This is what was not done WHY? I asked them this question many times and i get The no comment rule.
As a owner of 2 corp.'s and business when i buy something i always do a check. When you buy a house you run a title check also correct, why because it will show the lein of the debit owed and any lawsuits etc.
