MM's do not need a chance to short or Naked Short this stock, they can freely do it any time they wish.
As to dilution it appears that probably all of the major increase in O/S was a result of the merger.
If that is so, as I believe, it also shows management is not reckless with dilution.
The fact that over 90% of the shares O/S are restricted and the majority of them are dedicated to long term holders is extremely bullish.
It is entirely rare as far as Pinks go.
The latest financing plan, which will probably occur through Government Revenue Bonds as is normal with OCS Group financing, hints that there may be possibly no additional dilution to raise the Long Term Financing.
Since the only purpose to dilute is to raise finances we could very shortly see an end to dilution period.
If our O/S stays below 2 Bil and our Revenues do in fact exceed at least 100 Mil annually, this stock is still a steal at these prices.
I think once details of the financing become clear, we should see a steeper rate of increase to share price.
Irregardless, we are now heading towards Production and that is only limited by getting the Mill completed.
