Yes, that is true. I don't know if SPRL hired pumpers for the purpose of selling shares but I doubt it. It is also possible that Sam instructed whomever he has selling the shares to do so only when certain criteria, be it volume, price or any number of things, exist.

That is a bunch of bull. I don't think Sam at all would expose himself to the criminal consequences of manipulating the PPS through pumpers.
