IT Guy, thanks for doing this. If it is not redundant, I'd be interested in asking a follow on to question 1, perhaps call it 1a:

"As dilution has occurred, the pps has plummetted to record lows in spite of good news and progress. Why in your opinion has this happened, and when do you see this alarming trend reversing?"

Thanks again IT; best regards

And still the absolute best and most interesting question is number 1.....creating shareholder value. Not here in the past. Looking forward to any answers. Paul might bring up the story of the iceberg again. Afterall that brought him many buyers the first time he said it. I know that this was the reason I bought in here.

Thanks for the update ITGuy.

Just one thing. My request on question #20 has been moved to question #21, which is about XXIS. It's allright for those who want to know more about XXIS. Would you mind to add my request also on question #20, and also add the R/S issue on it?

Thank you in advance.

Hi ITG,

I would like to add a comment regarding the share stucture. So, on question #20, I'd like to ask if they feel it will be necessary to increase once again the number of A/S over the next 52 weeks and if they still keep their word on the R/S issue (remember last year they said that there wouldn't be a R/S unless it was for uplist).

Thank you for your contributions.

"ITGuy" Please add this to your questions.

Correct me if I am wrong. Going back to the deal that was alledged to have been brokered by the Kauderer Group, the principal investor in "141 Capital" was to invest 3 million of which 1.5 million was to be paid to Spooz for the licensing of "SWARM". My question is, is the deal with this investor still intact? Has the 3 million been paid to "141 Capital" and is there 1.5 million available to cover the "SWARM" licensing fee?

Hope to see you Spoozers at the SHM.

Boca, I was looking forward to seeing you at the meeting. Sorry to hear you're not going to be able to make it. I'm barely going to make it myself. Parkinsons and chest pains are my poison.

Thanks ITGuy for putting together the list of questions for the shareholders meeting. Looking forward to your report back from the meeting on Thursday too, whenever you have the time of course ;)) allie

Are they actually going to allow questions during the meeting? I got a weird feeling when I got my letter for the shareholder meeting that it seemed like they had a strict agenda and questions were not on it. Plus if I read the letter correctly, a couple of positions are being elected during the meeting although shareholder do not get to vote on it.

Pretty strange...are people going just going to find out about the new people getting paid via diluted stock, get a free bagel and zero answers? I hope not but like I said my gut feeling from the wording in the letter was an odd one.
