I have played the pennies for many, many years. I have talked to CEOS,CFOS,VPS,PRESIDENTS, etc.. on the phone, by e-mail and in person. I have sat in their fancy and big offices and ridden in their expensive leased vehicles. These benefits of a high flying lifestyle were paid by them selling shares and causing massive dilution while all along the way lying through their teeth. One thing I have learned in all my years is that TALK IS CHEAP and ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS !! I have never met or talked to 1 individual involved with a public company, penny or not, who was honest. They would sell out their mothers if need be. They are nothing but white collar criminals. I don't care what they say by phone or e-mail. Just be willing to accept the risk of losing everything. If the float was what is being stated and even if the A/S was correct, something is very wrong here. No way this stock would trade at current levels if everything was on the up and up.
