Can you put this into english waverider ?
It seems to me that the company is selling between $3 to $5 Million of stock (depending on what price you use), and purchasing some assets. When you subtract out the stated value of the assets in the Exhibit, what is left over seems to be the value of the Petrozene contract and goodwill, which seems to be valued in the millions.
What is your take on this ? What is the companies reason for doing this transaction, and will it be explained to shareholders ? Usually companies clearly explain such large transactions to shareholders.
