I have no clue. I doubt its over 20 million. at least its never traded like that. What % does Gil need to keep ownership? 50%? If he owns say 50% thats a little over 53 million. and then there is Sally's stake.. say she has another 20 million. were looking at somehwere between 20-30 then there are restricted shares...
maybe it is 15 million. I doubt its over 20
