Oh and so, the banker with your mortgage has less of an advantage?? You do not meet the terms of your mortgage, and what does the bank do?? Jeez.. John, it's a finance arrangement.. the A/S has to increase or the company will lose its voting power.. There's no dilution as of this time, the O/S has not increased, and it's not likely it will, voting power is imperative.. Other wise nutty stockholders will try and take command.. Nutty stockholders did not build this company the CEO did.. ha,, I have been a CEO and you can not let outsiders run your business,, ha.

This is almost a silly post. They're going to invest $30 Million dollars and then piss it down the drain by selling shares on the open market.

That would be foolish. I'm guessing they plan to get at least $60 Million.... maybe $90 or $120 Million out of the deal.

To make sure they even made sure the CEO had much to loose and was working for them. Sounds pretty smart to me.
