eh...I see it's just your opinion. I thought you had some actual facts or something.

Since he knows what a fantastic location he has... I thank him for creating a top notch facility. That's what good management does.

Never content with milking the cow dry, they plan ahead... preparing themselves to always stay ahead of their competition for the long haul.
