Faithless...

Most often in the world of pinksheet stocks a r/s is considered a kiss of death. This is because typically what happens is that the company will consolidate the share structure for the purpose of diluting into it. CDIN hasn't been diluting, as far as I have seen, and with the low share structure it already has this is certainly an unusual situation...which is why it has me wondering if maybe there isn't some other reason for the r/s. I honestly don't know though and sold the 100k I bought at .0015 earlier at .0008. I'm just happy I didn't buy more shares earlier as I'm sure some here have done and are now feeling the pain.

Such is life in the pinkies most of the time.

Take care.

Faithless....w/CDIN (.0006) I am usually pretty good about catching these plays and exiting them before these type of things occur. This is the first and wont be the last unexpected R/S that i have been caught in. I actually will still hold my shares as I believe this will be better for the company in the long run. With ADCS that was just a debacle and I wont even go there. We saw that coming for quite a while. This is the land of stinky pinkies:)
