Absurd ! wwhy would Scott bring on someone to the BOD to discourage mining. Maybe it can be done more reasonably here to suppy China customers in the North American region. Then the REE's might be something China would like to exploit. Could be a number of reasons including the persons experetize..but to suggest it might be to discourage mining?
