I think receiving money is considered a material event and would warrant a PR. Something filed with the SEC as well. Being a pink may relax those rules I'm not sure.

Common sense would dictate Battis would want to PR.

I wonder what the status is with these rumored aquisitions? How long ago was it that I heard they were past negotiations.


None of this makes any sense to me anymore.
