It seems the conversions are 3,300,000 each on some existing warrants. I've only been around for a month so I am digging through the back SEC filings to try and figure out what all this means. I agree with you that there could be a lot going on, but because the company has not filed anything lately, it is hard to find out new information. I hope the conversions continue for awhile so I can pick up a few more cheap shares. MSTF is one of those special finds that could be really good. I think the big thing is not to get in a hurry. MMs can move this thing around any way they want to. They are sitting on a lot of cheep shares.
