It's deferred so it's only on paper right now but still a liability on the books. Restricted shares would have been better IMO.

If the stock was 10 cents-these things would not even be considered as topics of discussion. It when your trading at .0015 that every little thing gets looked at as the glass is half empty instead of half full.
