I thought I was going to have a stroke before I finally got them to pay fpr the damages. Every time they sent an adjustor out, three weeks later they said that wasn't the one who was an "expert" in the appraisals. I finally wrote the Texas State Insurance Board and got some results from that. It dribbled out, but I held my ground, and took a tylenol for the headaches! They had a separate adjuster for every single thing. Roof; inside; trees; appliances, yard equipment, etc, etc. Count how many. It did get paid, but took a long time.
