It's always a possibility that there were shorts that wanted to cover in this range but there were no shares for sale.

Perhaps they did not want to run it up to cover

It seems that someone is finally selling a position and either shorts or buyers are jumping all over them.

I see this as a positive either way.

Demand for cheap shares exists.

I have seen a number of people posting stating that they could not get fills at around $.05.
Yesterday I put in an order to buy 20000 shares at $.06 and was filled within 5 minutes or so;sure, it wasn't $.05 but if stock does anything on the plus side, who cares if price is $.05 or $.06 ;on the other hand if company goes belly up, well, then I guess I lose a little more. lol
