Thanks Billion, Thanks for the time you took to write that. I've learned a few things that I did not know before. Looks like we're in for the long haul and this will take some time. Lets hope Alex can get us through this. He needs to get the plant back one way or another then things will slowly work thier way back. Some backing from rich investors will do the trick and he might have to step back a bit. I still think in the future water will become very valuable. I guess its not over if they are still trying to work things out. Too bad they are missing out in the summer season. How about everyone else, seriously what are your thoughts on the possabilities?
