Yes...IMO they have to form a new SPC to complete this deal...I think they have or are in the process of that now.

I am not that "up" on SPC's.....It is my understanding that this is required when dealing with China companies(but I could be wrong)

IMO we will have the same process as we did with GLCC...except things will move ALOT quicker!
