why not vote... you never know.. why assume your vote doesnt count... what does it hurt to vote in this situation..theres lots of mysteries here... and there are lots of variables noted even if the rs is approved...they left them open for a reason imo... but vote whats right for your own best interest...sometimes i fight being cynical here too, but maybe someone is trying to do the right thing...
