Just a thought to share...Since this property is located in a mining district It is quite likely there is a nearby rail head and a few spurs still around to take advavtage of both now and in the future (IMO)

I'm sure the road won't be paved with asphalt. Let's get real - we're talking about crushed gravel at best. My bet - is the company gets bought before they start producing.
