Do you really think it's NSS?
If so, is Alan guilty of operating in such a manner to be an easy NSS target?
Did the RS help/hurt the NSS and is it preventing NSS? If not, what was the motivation for it?
Do you think that if Alan sold the product, released financials and followed through with at least a portion of the "forward looking statements" that it would help with the NSS?
Is the lack of follow through to be expected and should investors jump at these "bargain" prices? If so, based on what (business fundamentals)?
You know I'm not a pd. basher nor part of any NSS. I was a huge fan of this company when I made my initial play.
I do not see any need to scapegoat NSS or anything else until the company puts together its sound business financials, sell the product, has a TA that isn't gagged etc.....
What is your motive?
