All this was fairly interesting information...but only indirectly related to DRGP. Oddly, it wasn't but two weeks ago that ARCA was putting out their big numbers at the bid.
I think fuller disclosure from the company about outstanding, restricted and public float would be helpful.
I'm not 100% about this, but it is my understanding that for a fee they can request a Depository Trust Company copy of where their shares are at. I think this is the same list companies use use to mail out Annual Meeting Notice and other official communications to shareholders. Apparently, they've not done this since their 2007 Shareholder Letter was not received by hardly any of the shareholders that I know (10-15 people). If this is done occasionally it is my understanding that it would also show them where shares are being held...and then by extension whose been selling.
