Well, except for Rice and Emus reporting ownership in the last 10K, we don't have a clue who owns what.

So far there have not been any Form 3's or 4's filed. My understanding is that the initial paper work is sort of lengthy, and then after that the Form 4's are simple.

I had done a bit of research on the Thane International and they are privately held...like most infomercial marketing companies...cause as Melissa said to me once "they are cash cows."
