I hate to see innocents get sucked into scams from an over abundance of hype. I never do anything on those subpenny boards but post the truth. If someone still wants to buy one of them after the facts are on the table in plain view, it is up to them. I have never been wrong about a scam. Not once, not ever.

I have occasionally been wrong about a company I like, but the scams are almost always an easy call.

I like this play. It looks very solid. At the moment there is not a lot of activity here, although after the merger is complete, that will likely change.

Many of the most active stock boards, however, are very active because someone needs to dump hundreds of millions of shares of an outright scam that is headed for the grave and they hire a big pump team to accomplish the task. I just occasionally act as a watchman to sound a warning.
