That falls in line with what Raymond Chin told me on the phone today...he didn't say what the share structure was on SNRS but he did say "No Reverse Split" period.
I think most of the shares are restricted for a couple of deals coming up. If you read in past PR's they said they were going to offer 1 million preferred shares for the Iron Ore deal and Nevada has no preferred listed. I think the deal is in common stock and that they will be restricted for some time to come.
