Only 1 R/S per year. The float here is very low so they don't need to do a R/S. However, if they go on a mad dilution kick, then perhaps, but I doubt it.
What I would like to see is a few major pumps so they can dilute into the pump. This way we can sell and make some good money. Then afterwards, when the stock retreats 90%, pick up more and repeat.
