H2NRG, technically, even though ST gave you the Control #, you did not receive the Proxy packet from your broker, which is several pages long I believe.

ST gave me my Control # yesterday, but my answer stands as a firm 'No' for the survey because:

1) I had to chase my broker down to get the Control #.
2) I still haven't officially received the entire Proxy documentation.
