I will hope and bet Bob Bell at some point in time may have know the potential of the companies efforts and wanted to surprise all the naysayers on the net because according to sources he was not thrilled to be on the pinks and even when this stock was at .10 he was bashed by many.
To many it does not seem possible for this stock to do a major run to say .50 but it can happen.
You, I and many others have been in 50 plus multi-baggers and know it can happen. If you have a company in a rare case that makes major announcements all the sudden you will get one hell of a run.
Like I have said to many in private if Bob Bell is building a real company as he says he does not want to make big announcements or even gossip about them in PR's unless they are set in stone.
With that said their ignorance may be our savior in the end.
One morning your at .002 and later that afternoon you could be at .10 with possible news of HBO reality show involving FOOTBALL. Even a float of 40 million.
