Veno, calling the company directly has NO impact on the PPS. They can tell us what we want to hear and it doesn't help a sinking ship. Would you expect Dean/Rob to paint an UGLY picture? No! Dean's in the survival business and I wouldn't expect a negative response out of him. Their SEC filings/customer sites are all I need to see/read. Dean provides us an HONEST update every 3 months in WRITING. LOL

I thought Dean told us to email him with questions, as their too busy to answer the phones?
